Confidence Boosting Tips

Here’s some great advice from all of the lovely ladies that visited our stand at Be: Fit London


Feminesse want women to feel confident in themselves and the skin they’re in! Women’s health has always been a bit of an ‘awkward, out of bounds, best not to discuss that’ kind of topic. In more recent years we’ve all started to open up a bit more but the embarrassment about openly discussing women’s health issues is still there.

That’s why we thought it would be great to have a bit of a confidence boosting session at our stand at Be: Fit. Feeling confident in yourself and confident in your health are intertwined! We asked passers-by to write down some advice on feeling confident on one of our knicker post-it notes (or as one lady awesomely called them, ‘brief notes’). They were all too great, sweet, funny and thoughtful not to share!

Here are some of them:

 “Find your soundtrack – literally – and play a blast to yourself just before going into a scary situation”

 “My mum said I could be anything I want to be so today I chose to be sexy :)”
