WRONG! 2015 is the year that you (and us too!) will remain motivated on those fitness goals. To keep you inspired Jilly Wright, personal trainer and fitness coach, has joined Feminesse and the Powder Room to provide tips and workouts for the next 12 weeks. She will be sharing exercises to tone and work on your abs, legs and upper body.
Jilly specialises in training women who may have lost interest or been put off by intense workout regimes. By focusing on making exercise fun, using equipment like vipr bars and kettlebells, she keeps us all inspired and actually looking forward to our next workout.
